SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
Effective as of July 21, 2025
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed with Priority Shipping are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., custom pieces, pre-orders, or during peak seasons). Processing times do not include weekends or transit times.
You will be charged at the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer complimentary Priority Shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination, timing, and service availability.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Orders placed with freight forwarding, package consolidation, or third-party forwarding services will be canceled.
Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be sent via USPS only.
Once your order is in transit, Kaloi Jewelry is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by the carrier (including weather events, natural disasters, or service interruptions). However, we are happy to assist with tracking and carrier inquiries when needed.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
If a customer requests to waive the signature requirement by leaving a note at checkout, Kaloi Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.”
SHIPPING ERRORS & ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order. Kaloi Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a correction, please contact us immediately at info@kaloijewelry.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date listed by the carrier.
We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable. Please note that claim outcomes are determined by the carrier, and Kaloi Jewelry is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as “delivered” when a signature was obtained or waived by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Kaloi Jewelry ships within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
