RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that plans can change. However, due to our processing and fulfillment timelines, order cancellations and refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel your order within this window, please contact us at info@kaloijewelry.com with your full name and order number.
After 24 hours, all sales are final, and we are unable to issue cancellations or refunds—including for preorders and made-to-order pieces.
Important:
For 18K gold pieces that come with an AMAGOLD Certificate Sticker (such as chains and select fine gold styles), the sticker must be intact and unaltered.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for these items if the AMAGOLD sticker is broken, removed, or tampered with—regardless of timeframe.
HANDMADE QUALITY & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Each Kaloi Jewelry piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As with all artisanal, handmade jewelry, subtle variations and minor imperfections are natural and part of the character of the piece. These should not be considered defects, but rather a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.
We take great pride in the quality and integrity of our work and inspect every item before shipping. However, if you believe your piece arrived with a genuine issue, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and assist.
EXCHANGE POLICY – DOMESTIC ORDERS
We want you to feel confident in your Kaloi Jewelry purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges for store credit only under the following conditions:

Your exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order

Items are returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, including pouches, boxes, tags, and (if applicable) intact AMAGOLD stickers

Items are not engraved, resized, cleaned, or altered in any way
Items that show signs of wear or are returned without full packaging cannot be accepted. Exchange shipments must be postmarked no later than 8 days from the date of delivery.

A clear photo of the item and packaging (if requested)
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit and help you find your perfect replacement.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING TERMS

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable

For orders valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing insurance

Kaloi Jewelry is not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in return transit

Exchanges will be processed after the item is received and approved by our team
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders follow the same exchange policy. Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any customs or duty fees incurred. Please use a reliable, trackable service.
